Land leases are processed per NRS 244.283 On April 16, 2008, the Authority adopted a Resolution offering to accept bids for the lease of property in the interior triangle area of the Airport. The lots may only be leased for construction of hangars and the minimum lease rate is $0.50 per sq ft per year, which was arrived at after review of an independent appraisal.
